Return to Campus

Dear Parents and guardians, SALA has been advised by authorities and Caufield Grammar, that SALA can resume on-site this Saturday.

Unfortunately the scheduled community Dragon Boat event has been cancelled due to restrictions and poor weather.

Guardians are to drop off their children this Saturday as usual for Mandarin classes, however we kindly ask that guardians do not wait around campus while the children are in class, and maintain 1.5 metre distance from one another where possible.

To ensure a COVID-19 safe environment we require all Guardians who attend campus to wear a mask at all times while on campus.

  • Registration of all Guardians is required who attend campus via a QR code. One Guardian per child is allowed on campus.

  • Students are to enter via the main sliding doors at the front of Cluster H. Breaktime, to help limit the density at school, we ask that guardians pack some snacks for their children's breaktime. One Guardian is allowed to accompany their young children if you deem it is necessary.

  • All food, drink and utensils must be BYO onsite. No sharing of food or drink permitted. It is recommend to take Breaktime outdoors with adequate physical distancing and if weather permits, otherwise in the communal area.

  • Students should bring their own personal stationery to minimise sharing of equipment.

  • Sanitiser will be available on campus for those who attend campus to sanitise their hands upon entry.

COVID-19 directions will be subject to change, dependent on the status of the COVID-19 pandemic in Victoria and any changes in advice from relevant State and Commonwealth authorities. We thank you for your patience and understanding, we look forward to welcoming you back on campus.
